These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of EdgeMirror, including the website, platform, account systems, trade logging tools, execution review features, reports, subscriptions, internal utilities, and any related services made available by EdgeMirror.
By accessing, creating an account, logging trades, using platform features, submitting information, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use EdgeMirror, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the platform.
EdgeMirror is designed as a post-trade execution review and trade journaling platform. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, market predictions, portfolio management, broker services, or trade execution services.
By accessing or using EdgeMirror, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional policies referenced on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
If you use EdgeMirror on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of EdgeMirror after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
EdgeMirror is an execution intelligence and trade review platform designed to help users record completed trades and review execution quality over time.
The platform may allow users to log trade details, answer structured execution questions, review execution patterns, examine composite metrics, identify correction items, receive reports, and view structured observations based on user-provided data.
EdgeMirror does not determine what users should trade. It does not recommend entries, exits, stop-loss levels, targets, position sizes, instruments, securities, derivatives, markets, or strategies.
EdgeMirror is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, dealer, research analyst, portfolio manager, asset manager, trading educator, signal provider, or tax or legal advisor.
All outputs are provided for informational, organizational, and post-trade review purposes only. They are intended to help users observe their own execution records, not to direct future trading decisions.
Nothing shown on EdgeMirror should be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, market advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to take or avoid any financial action.
All trading decisions remain entirely the responsibility of the user.
Users are responsible for their own trades, strategies, risk management, market research, trade selection, financial decisions, tax treatment, legal obligations, and use of any information displayed by EdgeMirror.
EdgeMirror does not control user actions, market conditions, brokerage execution, financial outcomes, or trading performance. Users must independently evaluate all decisions and should seek professional advice where appropriate.
You may use EdgeMirror only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.
By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of EdgeMirror does not violate any applicable law, regulation, contract, broker rule, exchange rule, employer policy, or other obligation.
If you are not legally permitted to use trading-related tools, financial record systems, or online subscription platforms in your jurisdiction, you must not use EdgeMirror.
Certain features may require an account. To create or access an account, you may need to provide information such as a call sign, email address, phone number, authentication credentials, consent confirmations, or other account details.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account details updated where the platform allows updates.
EdgeMirror may refuse, suspend, restrict, or remove account access if information appears inaccurate, misleading, abusive, unlawful, duplicative, or inconsistent with platform rules.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, authentication methods, linked contact details, devices, and sessions.
You must not share your account access with unauthorized persons. Any activity performed through your account may be treated as your responsibility unless EdgeMirror determines otherwise.
If you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, or unusual activity, you should contact support promptly and take reasonable steps to secure your email, phone, device, and login credentials.
EdgeMirror may use authentication systems, OTP verification, Google OAuth, Firebase authentication, session validation, device/session checks, or other security controls to protect accounts.
Access may be interrupted, restricted, or denied if authentication fails, if session tokens expire, if account status cannot be verified, or if platform security rules require re-verification.
You acknowledge that private browsing modes, browser restrictions, device settings, blocked storage, expired sessions, or authentication-provider issues may affect access to the platform.
EdgeMirror may allow users to create or use a call sign or similar account identifier.
Call signs may be subject to availability, moderation, formatting rules, update limits, and restrictions against impersonation, abuse, offensive wording, misleading identity, or infringement of third-party rights.
EdgeMirror may reject, modify, restrict, or remove a call sign if it violates platform rules or creates operational, legal, safety, or integrity concerns.
EdgeMirror may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the platform if we believe that a user has violated these Terms, misused the platform, attempted unauthorized access, abused support systems, interfered with platform security, or created risk for EdgeMirror or other users.
Access may also be restricted for technical, legal, compliance, payment, operational, or security reasons.
Where appropriate, EdgeMirror may provide notice, but immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect the platform, users, systems, data, or legal interests.
EdgeMirror operates primarily on information submitted by users. This may include trade details, entry and exit information, quantity, charges, dates, side, instrument names, notes, structured execution answers, correction items, report preferences, and account information.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate, complete, lawful, and suitable for the intended platform use.
EdgeMirror does not guarantee that user-provided data will be complete, correct, validated, or suitable for any particular purpose.
All execution reviews, metrics, reports, correction prompts, and structured observations depend on the accuracy, completeness, timing, and consistency of user-submitted information.
Incorrect, missing, duplicated, delayed, incomplete, inconsistent, or misleading data may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading outputs.
You acknowledge that EdgeMirror’s outputs are only as reliable as the data and assumptions used to generate them.
EdgeMirror may identify certain trade records or fields that appear incomplete, inconsistent, unusual, or outside expected ranges and may surface them for correction or review.
Correction features are provided to improve data quality, but they do not guarantee that every incorrect field, price, quantity, symbol, date, fee, trade direction, or input will be detected.
Users remain responsible for reviewing their own trade data and correcting inaccurate or incomplete records.
EdgeMirror may calculate or display trade-related values such as profit and loss, charges, win/loss status, performance summaries, or derived metrics based on user-provided inputs.
Such calculations may be affected by incomplete information, incorrect fees, corporate actions, taxes, exchange rules, brokerage differences, currency differences, short-selling mechanics, derivative structures, or unsupported instrument types.
Users should not rely on EdgeMirror as an official accounting, tax, brokerage reconciliation, or financial reporting system.
EdgeMirror may help users organize and review trade records, but it is not intended to replace official broker statements, exchange records, tax records, accounting records, regulatory filings, or legally required financial documentation.
Users should maintain independent records where necessary and should consult their broker, accountant, tax advisor, or legal advisor for official reporting obligations.
EdgeMirror may generate structured observations about execution quality, setup alignment, entry timing, risk definition, exit structure, trade management, session pressure, recurring errors, profitable trade structure, loss concentration, and other execution-related patterns.
These outputs are interpretative and informational. They are not instructions, recommendations, guarantees, predictions, or objective assessments of market opportunity.
Users must review outputs critically and decide independently how, whether, or when to apply any observations to their own process.
EdgeMirror may provide composite metrics or similar scoring systems to summarize execution-related characteristics.
These metrics are internal product measurements based on user-provided data and platform logic. They may not reflect actual trading skill, future performance, market quality, strategy quality, or financial suitability.
Composite metrics should be treated as structured review indicators, not as financial ratings or predictive scores.
EdgeMirror may allow users to generate, view, or receive reports through the platform or by email.
Reports are based on available user data and platform logic at the time they are generated. Reports may be incomplete if data is missing, if correction items remain unresolved, if system processing fails, or if email delivery is blocked by third-party systems.
EdgeMirror does not guarantee that reports will always be delivered, error-free, complete, or available for future retrieval.
EdgeMirror may use automated systems, structured logic, analytics, or AI-assisted processing to organize, interpret, classify, summarize, or present user-provided trade information.
Automated and AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or affected by input quality, system limitations, model behavior, or changing product logic.
AI-assisted outputs are not financial recommendations and should not be treated as professional advice.
EdgeMirror does not guarantee improved trading results, profitability, discipline, consistency, risk control, decision quality, or execution quality.
The platform may help users review execution more clearly, but any change in results depends on the user’s own actions, strategy, skill, market conditions, risk management, and independent judgment.
EdgeMirror may rely on third-party providers for market-related information, including symbol lookup, exchange data, price ranges, historical prices, market context, indicators, payment processing, authentication, email delivery, hosting, analytics, or infrastructure.
Third-party data and services may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, limited by provider coverage, or subject to provider terms and outages.
EdgeMirror does not control or guarantee third-party services and is not responsible for losses, errors, delays, or interruptions caused by third-party systems.
Market data may not be available for all symbols, exchanges, instruments, regions, assets, time periods, or same-day trades.
For recently closed markets, intraday trades, illiquid instruments, unsupported symbols, adjusted prices, corporate actions, or provider delays, validation data may be limited or unavailable.
Users acknowledge that the absence of market data does not necessarily mean that an instrument, trade, or user input is invalid.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe or other providers introduced later.
EdgeMirror does not store full card numbers or complete payment credentials. Payment processing is subject to the applicable provider’s own terms, privacy policy, rules, and technical availability.
EdgeMirror is not responsible for payment-provider outages, bank declines, card issues, failed authorizations, payment delays, or third-party processing errors.
Certain features of EdgeMirror may require payment, subscription access, plan eligibility, coin usage, or other product conditions.
Available plans, pricing, included features, usage limits, billing cycles, renewal rules, trial availability, and access conditions may change over time.
Users are responsible for reviewing the plan and payment information presented at checkout or inside the platform before purchasing or renewing.
Where subscriptions are offered, they may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the applicable process shown on the platform or by the payment provider.
Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and cancelling subscriptions before renewal if they do not wish to continue.
Failure to pay may result in loss of access to paid features, account restrictions, plan downgrade, or suspension of premium functionality.
Payments are generally final unless otherwise stated on the platform, required by applicable law, or approved by EdgeMirror at its discretion.
Subscription fees, partial billing periods, unused access, coin-related benefits, promotional pricing, or plan changes may not be refundable unless explicitly stated.
Users should review all plan details before completing payment.
EdgeMirror may change pricing, plan names, feature availability, access rules, usage limits, coin rules, promotional offers, or subscription structures at any time.
Changes may apply immediately or from a future billing cycle depending on the nature of the change, applicable law, and payment-provider rules.
Continued use of paid features after changes are applied may constitute acceptance of the updated pricing or access terms.
EdgeMirror may provide coins or similar internal utilities as part of the platform experience.
Coins are not cash, securities, cryptocurrency, investment products, stored value, or financial instruments. They have no independent monetary value outside EdgeMirror and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged except as specifically allowed inside the platform.
EdgeMirror may change coin earning rules, redemption limits, expiration rules, usage conditions, or availability at any time.
You may use EdgeMirror only for lawful personal or internal business purposes related to post-trade review, trade journaling, execution analysis, and platform-supported account activity.
You must use the platform in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, third-party terms, platform instructions, and reasonable security practices.
You agree not to:
EdgeMirror may monitor usage for security, abuse prevention, fraud detection, system protection, billing enforcement, and platform integrity.
If we detect suspicious activity, misuse, automated access, unusual login behavior, payment abuse, or attempts to exploit platform logic, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access.
All platform design, branding, code, workflows, product logic, analytics structures, report formats, interfaces, page layouts, copy, graphics, software, databases, and systems are owned by EdgeMirror or its licensors, except where otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.
Users retain responsibility for the trade records, notes, answers, uploaded information, support messages, and other content they submit.
By submitting content to EdgeMirror, you grant EdgeMirror the rights necessary to host, process, store, analyze, display, transmit, and use that content for operating, securing, improving, and providing the platform.
You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any law, confidentiality obligation, intellectual property right, privacy right, or third-party agreement.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or product recommendations, EdgeMirror may use them without restriction or compensation.
Feedback may be used to improve, modify, develop, market, or operate the platform.
Your use of EdgeMirror is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how data may be collected, used, stored, protected, shared, retained, and deleted.
By using EdgeMirror, you acknowledge that data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable platform processes.
EdgeMirror may store user account data, trade records, execution inputs, report information, plan status, coins, consent records, correction status, support records, technical logs, and other operational data.
Although EdgeMirror uses modern infrastructure and reasonable operational safeguards, we do not guarantee permanent storage, uninterrupted access, complete recovery, or error-free preservation of all data.
Users should maintain independent backups of important trading records where necessary.
Users may request account deletion where supported by the platform.
Deletion may remove or disable access to account data, trade records, reports, and related information, subject to operational, legal, security, compliance, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-handling, and consent-record requirements.
Certain limited records may be retained where necessary to protect platform integrity, comply with obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or maintain legally relevant records.
EdgeMirror does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, timely, error-free, or fully available operation.
The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, payment-provider issues, authentication problems, security incidents, browser restrictions, network issues, or unexpected technical conditions.
EdgeMirror may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature or service at any time.
EdgeMirror is an evolving platform. We may add, remove, rename, redesign, restrict, expand, or modify features, reports, metrics, plans, coins, interfaces, workflows, routes, integrations, or platform behavior at any time.
Some changes may affect how past data is displayed, interpreted, categorized, or reported.
Users may stop using EdgeMirror at any time. If account deletion, subscription cancellation, or data export features are available, they must be used according to the processes provided inside the platform or by the relevant payment provider.
Stopping use of the platform does not automatically cancel paid subscriptions unless cancellation is completed through the required process.
EdgeMirror may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, fails to pay, misuses the platform, creates legal or security risk, abuses support systems, interferes with operations, or engages in prohibited conduct.
Termination may result in loss of access to account data, premium features, reports, coins, or other platform functionality.
EdgeMirror is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EdgeMirror disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, performance, security, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EdgeMirror shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, financial, trading, business, data, reputational, or opportunity losses arising from or related to use of the platform.
This includes losses related to trading decisions, reliance on outputs, inaccurate data, market data errors, system interruptions, account issues, payment issues, third-party services, report errors, AI-assisted outputs, or user-submitted information.
Trading and investing involve risk. EdgeMirror does not reduce or remove market risk, financial risk, execution risk, strategy risk, leverage risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, or user decision risk.
Users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk and remain solely responsible for all actions taken before, during, or after using EdgeMirror.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold EdgeMirror, its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, personnel, and representatives harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, your trading decisions, your misuse of outputs, or your violation of third-party rights or applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which EdgeMirror operates or is legally established, unless another governing law is expressly stated in official company records, checkout materials, or updated legal notices.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of EdgeMirror is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to EdgeMirror, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter informally and in good faith.
Users may initiate this process by contacting legal@edgemirror.ai with a clear description of the issue.
If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it shall be handled according to the applicable dispute resolution process under the governing law and jurisdiction that apply to the platform.
EdgeMirror may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates may reflect product changes, legal changes, operational changes, security changes, payment changes, or changes in platform scope.
Continued use of EdgeMirror after updated Terms are posted or made available constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any other policies referenced by EdgeMirror, constitute the agreement between the user and EdgeMirror regarding use of the platform.
They replace any prior or inconsistent understandings relating to the same subject matter, except where specific written agreements state otherwise.
The platform is designed to help users examine completed trade execution with more structure. It does not replace independent judgment, professional advice, broker records, market research, or personal responsibility.
By using EdgeMirror, you acknowledge that all trading decisions, financial outcomes, and use of platform outputs remain your responsibility.
